Hi there,
Here is a great pitch resource for tuning your violin. Remember use your fine tuners first!

If the pitch is really off, you will need some help to turn the pegs.

1. For the pegs, always loosen first before you tighten them. 
2. The string should wind the last 2 times close to the scroll box to help hold it in place.
